Thank you Scotty ⚡️I'm not particularly fond of the original soundtrack album, although it has some nice songs that I like, but I'm looking forward to listening to the sessions set. I've ordered mine and I know I will enjoy it! I read about the sped up by 8% of girl happy in Jorgensen's book but I don’t recall reading about speeding up other songs of those sessions, but who knows... it doesn’t tell about the reason why they did that either. The Ann Margaret appearance 😂👏🏼 Thanks again for the content, cheers!

This was so beautiful! I couldn’t stop watching & smiling the whole time. THIS to me is how you’re supposed to show the World the truth about Elvis Presley. Especially on Social media. With so much love and dignity! We had so many amazing Elvis UA-cam pages a few years ago. Now some of the newer UA-cam pages are doing the most.. like reading horrible books about Elvis, and trying to link him to other Children he never had. Ect. Elvis deserves to be treated with love. That’s probably why they only have a couple subs now. We all know his personal issues. Everyone has their own. He was human. He did SO much for people! He damn near cured Cancer by donating and help open Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis! We also all know how much coverage and hate his ex-Wife gets. And the majority of us needed to learn the truth about her and how she really treated that sweet Man. So we can’t stand her. But that’s just drama. Elvis would probably rather let the truth be known, and then let it go. Thank you Scotty and to your Brother for ALWAYS supporting and respecting our dear Elvis Presley like the King he was! I like every song on this album. Superb instrumentals, groovy musical songs. Love "Do Not Disturb", "Fort Lauderdale". I much prefer the slower version of "Girl Happy" and my guess is each track was sped up or at least lack that vocal "honey" as you say, except the underappreciated bonus "You'll Be Gone" which is totally buried. According to Wikipedia, it's one of the few songs Elvis received co-writer credit for (with Red West and Charlie Hodge). Plus it has that brilliant Studio B sound. Excellent review. many will shoot me down for this blasphemous statement, "I don't care for Vegas Elvis, very much", but he did record some great stuff during those years, some of his best... Fortunately, that is not the subject of this video... Elvis recorded many ballads from 1960- 67, I don't think they are all outstanding by any means but many of them are... That sweet voice 60-63 is beyond compare... 'Fame & Fortune' happens to be an all time favourite of mine also, 'Anything That's Part Of You' is also a big favourite... Great run through as always...🙂🙂
