Plus Vinny saying volt absorb was a fake out to catch Frank as shown in the battle when Frank could've killed gyarados but didn't because he thought it had volt absorb, once Frank thought it had volt absorb he wouldn't attack it with electric so Vinny didn't need to actually give it volt absorb

Vinny also was definitely bluffing about volt absorb when he told Frank what his actual ability was. Frank also guessed carbink right and carbink is noticeably slow so it makes sense they handpicked their abilities and altered them from what they said when receiving pokemon.
The picture of his foot is right where his jolteon uses his first Tera blast although you have to watch it in .25x playback speed to paus on the right spot. Here is the exact place where it is 13:21
@@taylorhillard4868 No he was, this is a common misconception about vinnys rules, if you guess wrong you dont pick the ability but the ability is still randomned so they will almost always end up with abilities that arent natural on mons. Actually they are more likely to have their correct abilitys when they guess right as for some pokemon they already have their best option
