What an amazing trip to Gdansk. It is a magnificent city and a trip to the Tri-Cities (Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia) with day trips to Hel Peninsula, Slowinski National Park shifting dunes and Malbork Castle are all a must in the summer.

We arnt really huge fans of London (Especially Rob). There are so many amazing places that trump London in my opinion.

Gday to Gdansk
If you like to come back to Gdańsk in the summer, there is a St.Dominics Fair - this year it starts on 22 July. It's much bigger than the Christmas market, with more handmade stuff, and even a flea market area with some antics. It's also the time of year, when Gdańsk is very crowded, so if you don't enjoy it, you have to pick maybe the last week of August - still pretty warm, but not that many tourists.

Well Rob suggested going last summer but I didnt really want to go. But for this Christmas it was the only Flights that were good and cheap. So glad I went now

If you do go back, don't forget Sopot & Gdynia too. The pier and pedestrian ara in Sopot is really nice- and the old ships at Skwer Kosciuszki, Gdynia
We are probably going to go to Krakow again at end of Jan as its Robs favourite place!

Thank you again for sharing your trip….you should so be proud of yourself for traveling on your own and also filming on your own….you really have grown since you first started this vlog…..and you are never to old for cuddly toys, I’m nearly 60 and love teddy bears and cuddly sloths….I get myself a Christmas bear every year and now they do Christmas sloths too yay….your reindeer is super cute
It does take some nerve filming in crowds. People give you weird looks but i'm learning to not worry about that. The Reindeer has pride and place on the mantlepiece

Come to Łódź. It is a big city in the middle of Poland. We have the longest main street in the country colled Piotrkowska. And I have lovely little coffee shop near by
It is certainly on the list! When we come, would love to pop into the coffee shop for a hot chocolate :)
Hi Charlie, really glad to hear that you enjoyed Gdansk, the city where I lived for more than 10 years. Some foodie tips for the next time! "Chleb i Wino" - two locations in the old town area. OSTRO - if fancy for a real Napoli pizza. Zakorkowani Wine and Bistro - great wine and amazing food. If you also like some proper cocktails and shisha - next to Zakorkowanie Restaurant (50 metres) there is a TAIGA Cocktail Bar where you can enjoy extremely great drinks, and enjoy shisha if you like to do so. Have a good one!
As I was only there for 2 days for the Christmas Market, it was difficult to explore too much. Thanks for the advice :)

Was this filmed during sunday? The reason beeing our goverment in all it's glory, couple years ago decide sunday is a holy day and people should rest and not go shopping, pretty much killing our economy. There are some excerpts from it, but in general a lot of businesses are closed on sundays in Poland.
