    I like to use the first bump out of a corner to stand up. The bump gives a little upward lift and makes it easier to stand up

    correct leaning saves your energy a lot. Lean forward when accelerating and lean back when braking. The goal is to be kinda weightlessness)

    Dehydration is a major factor of fatigue, massively under recognized just how much moisture you lose passively and actively.
    Definitely a top tip/reminder.... along with the other 'five'. Thanks

    I forget to breathe a lot and it’s helps out a ton now that I try to focus on it. I have suffered from bad arm pump for a long time. I try to grip the bars the least I can and it has helped tremendously

    In between sessions, sitting with your legs raised also helps recuperate.

    Late to respond. Funny you said to take seat off. Had a pro rider take my seat off and kept it for a week. I’m 6’5” and sat a lot.! Boy did it make a difference. After putting seat back on It changed my whole riding experience.
