I am having some problems in focusing my attention, sometimes on my breaht,sometimes on my body. Also some difficulty in just letting thoughts just be what ever they are without judgment. I seem to have the thoughts of fearful and intrusive thoughts pending and lingering just waiting to pounce. I have improved some and will continue the practice.
