Finally new idea of a vlog far from cost of living or relationship issues .. it would better if you constructed his answers with sequence of questions, so we would have an idea how he started, then the process in middle, and summe it up with his final steps to get his business running

one or two weeks to get the requirements is B.S. Just renting a building and processing the licenses and permits with the municipal unit will take longer than that. Then paying the rent requires registering with the BIR, withholding part of the rent to deposit in the bank, sending a monthly report to BIR and to the landlord, and quarterly and annual reports to the BIR and the landlord. Eventually the DOL and DEQ will find him and he will have dozens of additional licenses, permits, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Hiring an environmental officer willing to accept responsibility of hundreds of thousands of fines, tracking sewage, garbage, and water use, managing haz mat items and recycling and filing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports is going to cost him dearly. Then when he shuts this business down he will discover he owes hundreds of thousands of pesos in fines and fees due to the reports and requirements he never knew he needed to handle.

LOL, I really respect and understand what a young entrepreneur has to go through so young in life. I personally would never make it in the Philippines based on their Slave policies. It's so sad to watch how a country can beat up on people that are just trying to earn a respectable living in a legal way. Without being condescending, when you get older you tend to look back at your life's accomplishments and notice all the WASTED TIME you spent being a slave to the man. If anyone gave 2 cents towards you as a fellow human being you would notice how offensive it really is. There are so many places around the world where you can live your life without these so-called shackles. All the best to you and good luck!

Life is tough in America now compared to 20 years ago because we stop holding ourselves accountable.

You really can’t open a business. You either need to be a large company and your max ownership is like 49% so the company will be controlled by Filipinos. You can marry a Filipina the easiest way but if things between you and her go bad it’s not your business it’s hers and it doesn’t matter you funded it or not. The business is in her name not yours. Some already got the blue prints drawn up and are planning on marrying their WhatsApp Honey so they can do so. Just because you used your head doesn’t mean they all do. Desperate guys do desperate things. So many women in the Philippines but for some damn reason they lay it all on the first girl that calls them handsome in the last thirty years or so and it’s either work or the end of the world for them. It's too complicated for residents compared to foreigners 😂Trust me they do all for them but less action for national residents' application. When you apply for your tourism project there are a lot of things you need to process with the DENR, ECC, LGU, PEMAPS, EMP, IEE, Water District, and many more. And each of them has a bunch of papers you need to do like seriously you are as good as compiling a novel!!! Foreigners are soooo much lucky Philippine employees are focused on them 😂 I don't have a problem with that nor begrudge anything lol😂 Foreigners are always welcome. But seriously fellow government Filipino employees? Uh no I want to address the research and development department of the government and the government as a whole who are responsible in making these policies and terms and conditions and so many papers which I don't even know if you yourselves are also following 😂 highly doubt it. Please just make the application process only few papers not vol 1 vol 2 vol 3 books. Besides we are the ones paying the tax. I don't like to say it but there you go, yeah we pay taxes so don't make it too much a responsibility in applying. Paying tax is enough, you help us with all documents not us helping you with all documents and then pay tax. Because if we help you with the documents then pay US the tax! 😂 For yow all experts and wanna be experts out there who are itching to reply and say something negative well don't bother cause I know what's on your mind, like "have you heard of tax return?" Or, "if you know what's on our mind much as with the government then you should know what to submit and all in your application and not rant all the way to youtube or Tulfo." Just say I agree, you know it helps with my frustrations. Thank you.

Western countries especially the USA are imperialists and hegemonic. If poorer nations don't agree with their policies they destroy those nations using trade wars, embargoes, and sanctions . Their policies make them dominate the global trade so it is just proper that their citizens are not given preference in small and medium-sized businesses in the Philippines and other poor nations. Since their nations are globally dominant, it is expected that they are capable of opening up large-scale manufacturing plants that give employment to thousands of people. They should start businesses that can compete with local billionaires and oligarchs and not the businesses that will just compete with lower-class and middle-class Filipinos. If they insist that they are given equal opportunities in small and medium-scale businesses, that is too much of entitlement.
