- This was a Lexus, paint code 1L2. Not a easy task and this time Glasurit 100 line was not close enaugh. Thank god i hawe also Spies Hitech colors, so i had a option how to finish this job.

Paldies. Onyx ūdens varētu būt Glasurit 90 sēijas ūdens. Visi tie ūdeņi liekās netīri, gružaini. Sikkens autowave ir smuks uzkrāsojot, bet arī vajag žāvēt srarp kārtām.
It's nice to know even Glasurit ths 100line top paint system will also have an issue with color matching. Most of Glasurit reps always said their system is the most accurate color matching. I believe you will need abit of color tinting theory to make it works
The Glasurit 90 line was perfect till they changed 90M22 to 90M24. The silver was in different shade and size. All colors with this pigment was bad. The Nissan code KAD was ruined with this one. This was years ago. But last year they changed one of the blues violets. I think it was the A503 orA427. All my color cards was useles where those two were in the color. My braking point was VW id4 red color, that they even didn't try to make something close. Then ir changet it to Sikkens autowave and also i got Spies Hecker Hi-tec. Autowave had the need to be tinted a lot and i replaced it with Glasurit 100 line in hope, that is starting to die🤣🤣🤣
@@auto_premium_latvia that's seems like a lot of color issues with Glasurit 100 line. Why u make the switch initially from spies to Glasurit? In term of pricing, I believe Glasurit is more premium price.
Sometimes color matching is pain in the ... , was it cromax ns2602 wet on wet primer for the bumper?
Yes, it is it with plastic additive.
Nice so which one of the clear you recommended Spies or Glasurit for a complete paint job
I recomend to use the same brand clear as the basecoat is. But i like more Glasurit my self. Stil they are a lot of clears under one brand, so that all depends on price and performance of the clear. I use the super fast clear from Spies also.
They 8035 is what I like but it's hard to buff but it has a great shine.i use the 460 and the best of all the clear 923-255

This is Spies Hecker Hi-tec waterborne. Not a easy paint to work with. You hawe only one shot to do it rigt. After it is dry, you cant do with it nothing. It is painted in one flat coat and one effect. To awoid cloudines look, i ad blender to the paint 1:1 and make one moe effect coat
