I completely agree that this is by far the best satnav for bikes, especially for the round trip mode. Unfortunately I live bang in the centre of England and so had to choose one half of the country as my free map (I chose Northern half), and consequently many routes which stray into the Southern half are unavailable to me. I did ask Calimoto if they could add a Central region option as the free map, but no luck. If you use it all the time, then £49pa is reasonable I suppose, but for the casual user it's rather steep I think. No complaint as to functionality though.

First! Waiting for my ride to pick me up to go get my new 2012 R1200RT. (2020 R Nine T Pure got rear ended and totaled). I have a feeling I might be wanting to use Calimoto to plan some longer routes now… the new/used bike is butter! EDIT: As Americans, my co-worker and I were wondering what “Bosch” means. It’s a great Amazon detective show…but I don’t think that’s what you’re meaning. 😂
If you mean bosh, as in bish bash bosh. It’s an expression meaning as easy as one two three. Thus it means done. I think originally it came from a comedy tv show. Hope that helps:-).
Yep, it’s not bad on postcodes, but actual street addresses are a bit hit and miss at times. I much prefer to find the address on google, then use the map on calimoto to zoom in and find the place, drop a pin and set as destination. Bit of a longer work around though 👍
Great review. Think I'll give Calimoto a chance. It does sound as if you have to launch the app every time you go on a trip. It would be great if they added a feature like Bluetooth connection, so when I turn on my Cardo Packtalk, it will start logging my position (just like the Fuelio app). I'll be sending a pm for a code on Facebook. Driving is a bit hard right now. My biceps almost got torn when my XJ900S wanted to lay down back in March. Great channel. I've watch many of your videos now, especially on you helmet cam reviews. May the dry roads and warm feet follow you. Greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰
As a dye in the wool life long satnav fan-boy, I'd try'd and dismissed every navigation app until I gave this one a go after hearing nothing but good things about it. I don't use a satnav anymore, infact I've not even fitted it too my new bike, its almost a joke how easy it is to plan a route or multi day trip, sort it out on your laptop, so no more messing about with a tiny screen and fat fingers, and boom, its on your phone. And yes, its well worth getting the paid upgrade, the off line mapping will help save you some data but more importantly comes in if, like me, you find yourself out in the sticks where phone coverage can be a bit hit n miss.
Use Calimoto every ride... Whether to navigate or just track. I keep forgetting to change it from twisty to straighter which has resulted in a few goat paths but other than that it's awesome.
Just discovered Calimoto after doing a lot of research to improve ride planning for the Garmin Zumo XT. Makes it really easy to do. I’m trialling the free version. I’d like to go premium or even to just purchase the map package. Euro to Australian $ conversion is terrible at present so it makes it rather exxy. Not sure if you can compare it to buying a Garmin or whatever. With that you get a dedicated bike nav with free map updates. But then you can also use an old phone with Google maps and a Quadlock mount, I guess. In any case, Calimoto makes ride planning so much easier than that abomination called Garmin Basecamp, that’s for sure. Anyway, thanks for the videos. Well done.
@@GarryGrowns Hi. Are you replying to my post or that of teapot's? If me, I haven't gone any further with Calimoto. I now have a Chigee AIO-5 carplay unit on the bike and I run either Google Maps or the Scenic app.
Calimoto is really good , been using it for over a year , could be doing with a mileage as You set waypoints , I often end up with a 400 k afternoon run!
Hi Bruce, informative video on Calimoto. Hoping to do a Central Asian trip in 2022. Do you think Calimoto is a good substitute to Garmin? Your thoughts please?
Hi Nazar, Calimoto works off OpenSource mapping, so often the maps aren’t as updated or detailed as the likes of google etc - but I used OpenSource maps for lots of my RTW trip without issue. Personally I wouldn’t bother with any satnav these days as your phone does a better job. HOWEVER - you will need to make sure your phone is unlocked and allows the use of ANY SIM card. That way you can buy a local SIM card in whatever country you arrive in, pop it in your phone and you then use data at that local rate (which is almost always a LOT cheaper than using your own country’s sim in a foreign land). You can set Calimoto to offline mode, that way it’s not relying on any date signal, but you’ll have to download the relevant map before you go offline. Also make sure you can power your phone either off the bike or from a battery pack. Calimoto drains my iPhone 11 Pro battery flat in about an hour and a half so I power it off the bike or an abler power pack 👍
I use the almost exclusively for following the local IAM Sunday rides. However I have asked Calimoto if they could allow to preset all the sections' twistiness at the start as otherwise Calimoto gets a bit "inventive" with the route and changes it from the desired IAM route.
Yeah I’ve found that when you import any routes into Calimoto, you need to make sure each section between waypoints is set to ‘no motorway’ - otherwise it will invent its own route between the points 👍
Hi Jim, No I don’t I’m afraid bud, I’ve not used it over there yet personally, but I’ve had many US riders say they’ve enjoyed using it. DM me on Instagram @teapotoneinsta or email me info@teapotone.com and I’ll send you a code for a month’s free trial so you can try it yourself 👍
A good app and i use it for most of my trips, a good function would be similar to the garmin show map function so when your not actually following a set route you can have it open showing the road your on etc, I like this function on the garmin as its good for unfamiliar roads to see what corners coming up etc.
Good informative vid Bruce, this is one app I shall be considering when heading over to Europe next year with the new Suzuki GSX GT! (depending on your test report of the said bike of course!)
Love the tutorial, having issues synching to my laptop. iPhone 12 and windows 10 on the laptop. Is there a simple way to synch? I downloaded Edge but that still doesn’t work!
Hey bud, great vid as always. Someone may have mentioned this already, but you can do the random round trip planner on the web version. On the map screen, on the right under where you have the start and destination boxes, if you click on "More" you can select "Round Trip planner"
A bit worried about mounting my phone on the bike, they aren't cheap. Any recommendations Bruce. I've used beeline and had my phone in tank bag and the heat fried my phone, don't want to buy another phone yet! Great tutorial though.
If you’ve got a GS or any BMW that has the satnav cradle, get this cheap phone Mount off Amazon. It clips straight into the Nav cradle and even powers your phone. amzn.to/3mnbBJU If not, use the UltimateAddOns Helix strap. It lets you Mount your phone on any bike and has enough ‘give’ that it doesn’t cause any vibration issues with your phone’s camera. ultimateaddons.com/collections/attachment/products/ultimateaddons-helix-locking-strap-bike-attachment-21-40mm
Cheers Bruce will give it a try. Not got a GS but have a bike you were unlucky with a 2015 triumph tiger explorer 2015. Unlike yourself many miles of trouble free riding. Had it from new
Great videos keep it up. I did the full membership to this app thabks to you. However I do have a question. So the routes planned by calimoto are all paved road right?
Yes they should be, but if you have it set to the Super Twisty option it can take you down some really ‘rural’ roads that may not have been used in a long time! I pretty much never use the super twisty option because of that. It works off OpenSource mapping - not the google mapping structure most main satnav’s do - hence why there’s no speed or traffic information available. They hope that as the user base grows and finances increase, they can invest into the google mapping infrastructure and these facilities will become available
I suggest when someone reviews a navigation app they preface the available features they're using with the subscription level they are using. Just a thought...
Interesting video, thanks. It looks like a good product. I have a few concerns about attaching my iPhone to my bike, having heard the stories about the vibration killing the camera etc. Do you have a recommendation for a phone mount that will properly protect the phone? I may have to consider moving from Basecamp/BMW Nav to something a little more modern... Thanks.
Hi Richard, If you’ve got a BMW that has the satnav cradle then I’d recommend this cheap little Mount I use from Amazon. amzn.to/3mnbBJU It snaps straight into the Nav cradle and even powers your phone off the bike too. I’ve used it for thousands and thousands of miles on my GS and had no issues. For other bikes I use the Ultimateaddons Helix strap Mount and the phone case for my phone. The Helix strap has sufficient flexibility to not only attach to any bike, but it’s also flexible enough to not cause any camera issues through vibration. ultimateaddons.com/collections/attachment/products/ultimateaddons-helix-locking-strap-bike-attachment-21-40mm Use code TEAPOTONE10 for 10% off Ultimateaddons products 👍
Do NOT get the Universal Smartphone Grip and Go Holder Kit. I was sent this and it damaged my phone camera in one ride. I had to have the camera replaced by apple and I’ve told UA but they say they’ve tested it and it’s fine. It’s not. Get the Helix strap - works perfectly 👍
Hello Mr TeaPotOne. Just a quick question, Are you going to be at the Birmingham NEC for the Bike show on the 4th December at all ? Many thanks Andy Farrar (The Roundhay Biker)
Drop at pin at the location, then tap “Add to Favourites”. Give it a name, then in the Category field select BUKER MEET-UP. You can also leave some descriptive text in the comment field to let people know stuff about it. Job done👍
I use Calimoto but it does have its issues which I emailed them about recently ( I also pay the yearly subscription) when I do a round route and the App automatically does me a route. It takes me down roads that are absolutely awful, it takes me down roads that are almost single track roads that are covered down the center In mud etc of the road. I asked them to put a button in the app that blacklists certain roads when you ride them so it doesn't take you down that road again all I would have to do is tap the button and it would blacklist that specific road i had just ridden.I think this would be extremely useful. Ps have done one of your routes several times and had lots of fun 👍
@@teapotone it takes me down single track roads which have mud and horse crap in the centre too. Sometimes for a mile or more, it can be pretty dangerous at times with some of the sharp Y-shaped junctions which it takes you through. I'd not suggest doing a “twisty" route at night. The app is best used during daytime or Sundays.
Hi Bruce. A lot of info in a short time. I've never used ANY sat nav before. I'm what might be descibed as a satnav virgin!!!! So slowly does it would be useful for us nav numpties!!! But thanks for doing this. I'll keep rewatching!!!
WOW Bruce, just checked pricing as of Oct 23 and its now 249.99 Euro's for full maps package. I would have bought if it was 99 but not at that price.... Not interested in a subscription service. Cheers
Hi Billy, The Premium package has increased from €49.99 to €59.99 I wouldn’t bother with the full maps package, you don’t need it. I just download country maps as and when I need them personally 👍
@billybean7488 Ah yes you’re right, they’ve changed the pricing model to annual subs now haven’t they, apologies I forgot about that. However it’s still cheaper than buying a satnav and more versatile
Hi Bruce, great information video but just one question. I use Google maps at the moment but when you force a specific route using waypoints, the app pauses when a waypoint is reached, forcing me to stop, take off a glove and confirm that I want to continue. Does Calimoto do this or can you ride without any screen interaction? Thanks in advance for any help.
Great app but the super Twisties can but very sketchy for motorcycles some are like farm tracks so I tend not to use that routing but I could be missing out on a cracking road so it would be good to have user input to update calimoto as to roads to avoid in there algorithm.
Yep totally agree. I don’t use the Super Twisty option for exactly those reasons. I’d like to see a ‘Community’ function built in where users can rate roads and give feedback etc👍
Here's one to ask the bods at calimoto, as a user... and i find it 98% spot on.. could you ask if they can get guest navigation voices... i once had waze navigation with the terminator telling me what and where to go... it was hilarious 😂
After watching your video I decided to give it a go. The planning is great but the maps are pathetic. Trying to plan a trip around the Brecon Beacons is nearly impossible as so many great B roads are not on the maps. For £49 I would expected a hell of alot better.
Is there any way to switch to night mode or dark mode during dark hours. As it is really distracting when the screen stays bright at night?Thank you Bruce
Hi Bruce what phone do you use? Do you have any issues with the camera? When I put my IPhone 11 on my GS handle bars it damaged the focus on the camera! Bryan
Not sure if you’ll know but is it like Strava (app for push bikes) where your trips are public to view unless you change settings? Cause there’s been an few issues with thieves tracking peoples routes on Strava.
I really like Calimoto and use it loads, but I don’t think they have the balance between “freemium” and paid versions right. I’ve tried the paid version and wasn’t all that interested in all of the additional features. Freemium works really well and has great functionality, so I’ve not a great incentive to pay the premium. If it was £10-£15 a year then I’d be happy to pay. Trouble is, if they downgraded freemium to encourage me to spend £45 then I’d stop using it. Cheaper with a few more bells and whistles then I think they’d make more money. I absolutely love that it tracks where you’ve been! I’m trying to colour in Bournemouth and Poole!
Hi, I’m currently using the BMW Connected app which is pretty poor. Can Calimoto be used through my TFT screen on my 2019 R1250RS or would I need to use my phone as a screen?
Hi Gary, You’d need to use your phone as a screen I’m afraid. Calimoto has said it’s working on being used with Apple CarPlay, but as yet this still isn’t available
I'm very interested in this app, testing the basic features on the web. A few questions, do you need PREMIUM to access fuel locations? BASIC won't show the ones in my home town ...
Brilliant introduction to Calimoto Bruce, I’ve downloaded the App but only have the one free area map at the moment. Do you have to upgrade to the Premium version to get all the maps or can you buy individual ones? Cheers Neil
Just done a wee bit of research Bruce and yes indeed you are correct Sir, think I’ll try it out up here in Gods country as that was the free map I chose with the installation. Having said that, like you said during your review when you consider the cost of a Sat Nav it’s great value.
Hey brother, I love the app and have used the free version for a while. I haven’t bought the premium yet because it seems to play hell with my Cardo pack-talk. It screws up the volume on the music and sometimes just locks it up. The new Cardo update seems to have helped a little but it still does it about half the time. Have you had any problems or have any suggestions?
I don’t use any of the voice prompts on either the Cardo or Calimoto Bob. I use Calimoto purely visually for directions by reading the map, bud my Cardo I operate via the buttons or Siri via my phone👍
I don't have a phone mount yet. I've used the audio only via my helmet comms with limited success. What phone mounts would you recommend for use with calimoto?? Many thanks
I use the UltimateAddOns Helix strap with the phone case for my phone - never lets me down and no issues with any camera damage from vibration either. ultimateaddons.com/collections/attachment/products/ultimateaddons-helix-locking-strap-bike-attachment-21-40mm Use code TEAPOTONE10 for 10% off 👍
If you have a waterproof phone (many are IP68 or 67 rated these days) take a look at Quadlock mounts and cases as a possible alternative. I switched from Ultimateaddons case and mount as the case screen badly interfered with visibility on bright days, especially with a dedicated phone screen protector fitted to phone. Then you have the faff of taking the phone out of the case and putting it back... The Quadlock cases are mint and the mounts really robust with tons of mounting options, also make an anti vibration damper which is good. So fast and easy to mount and dismount as your low profile case stays on the phone the whole time on or off the bike. In my opinion better than UA but don't wanna step on TP1's toes here!
@@critch.. I'll second you on that. I recently bought a used bike. I picked it up in the south east of France, in the Alps and rode it all the way back to West Normandy, in the north west. The rain was torrential for the entire 900km. I used a Quadlock with the vibration damper. They don't make a case for my LG G8, so I stuck the adaptor accessory to my standard jelly style case. Despite the insane weather conditions, my phone was fine.
No - if you check the main junction board before a roundabout and look at the sign for the roundabout, if you count how many options there are displayed, you’ll find that Calimoto is correct. Often there will be an ‘exit’ on the roundabout that doesn’t actually go anywhere, it’s just a dead end into a field or lay-by etc, but Calimoto will count this as an option. It’s always best to have your phone on display if you can, then you can see on the map where to exit.👍
Very. You can easily import or export .gpx to/from Calimoto - but personally I’d ditch the Nav 6 altogether and just use your phone with Calimoto. I’ve not touched my Nav 6 in over 2yrs now, Calimoto is so much easier to use
So calimoto updated/upgraded and now the circle is no longer there. Now I'm having trouble navigating a random route. Are you going to do a tutorial on the updated calimoto?
Hello, I live in the UK, upgraded to the premium, with a view to planning routes in Europe. Put in Bonn as a Start point Koblenz as the End, but the App says "can't calculate through countries with left and right hand traffic? Download the off line map as well, no joy. Any suggestions?
Hi, aye it’s just because calimoto can’t plot a route between countries where you drive/ride on different sides of the road. Just plot your route to Dover or whatever UK port your leaving from, then plot another route for the European side, so from Calais onwards for example 👍
Hi Bruce, I've just downloaded the app to use in Thailand, but the maps are all in Thai script. Is there any way to change the default alphabet used by the maps?
Ah now that’s a very good point bud! I’m afraid I don’t know the answer to this so you’ll be better to ask their customer support. I’ll chase it up at my end too just so I know for future reference 👍

Please ask them to get it into Android auto .. i can use it on the AT 😎😁
Please include how you've mounted the phone into your GS satnav holder.
Hi David,
I use this cheap Mount from Amazon, it just clips into the Nav cradle and even powers your phone off the bike.

Great tutorial , after looking in the jungle of possibility , Garmin etc .... I am sold , Made an account , Bosh job done, gone use it this weekend
How was it ?
Really appreciate you making this video I need to learn to use this app
Cheers David,
No bother bud, there’s more to come 👍
Sorry to hear of your accident bud, but glad you’re getting back on 2-wheels again, enjoy the RT! 👍
@@teapotone Thanks! Full gear. One tiny abrasion. Gear matters.
If you mean bosh, as in bish bash bosh. It’s an expression meaning as easy as one two three. Thus it means done. I think originally it came from a comedy tv show. Hope that helps:-).
Very clear instructional vid, I need to make more use of Calimoto than I do, or I am not getting the value.... cheers.
Cheers Martyn 👍
What an awesome idea and video, well done Bruce, keep it, you're doing great! 👍👍
Fab video - Thanks!
Downloaded 👍🏻 playing with app at mo
Great Video. Didn't realise it did so much. Can it navigate to postcodes?
The desktop version allows you to edit GPX files which is a real winner!!
Cheers Mark, that’s great to hear you’ve had a positive experience with it in the real world like me 👍
Use Calimoto every ride... Whether to navigate or just track. I keep forgetting to change it from twisty to straighter which has resulted in a few goat paths but other than that it's awesome.
haha yeah on super twisty have ended up on some tractor only roads

Good job there mate, looking forward to the next instalment. Have enjoyed messing about recording routes ridden, next step planning 👍
Good video Bruce
Brilliant video Bruce , thank you for helping and informing us. 👍
My pleasure bud 👍
Well done.
That's exactly what I'm looking to do. How do you transfer the Calimoto route you've planned, to your Garmin XT?
@@GarryGrowns Hi. Are you replying to my post or that of teapot's? If me, I haven't gone any further with Calimoto.
I now have a Chigee AIO-5 carplay unit on the bike and I run either Google Maps or the Scenic app.
Ok this app is a game changer
Calimoto is really good , been using it for over a year , could be doing with a mileage as You set waypoints , I often end up with a 400 k afternoon run!
Excellent tutorial, good speed and content! Looking forward to testing out the app
Thanks Michael 👍
Hi Bruce, informative video on Calimoto. Hoping to do a Central Asian trip in 2022. Do you think Calimoto is a good substitute to Garmin? Your thoughts please?
Hi Nazar,
Calimoto works off OpenSource mapping, so often the maps aren’t as updated or detailed as the likes of google etc - but I used OpenSource maps for lots of my RTW trip without issue.
The app looks great! Do you have any experience or feedback on how well it works in the U.S.? Thanks.
Hi Jim,
No I don’t I’m afraid bud, I’ve not used it over there yet personally, but I’ve had many US riders say they’ve enjoyed using it.
DM me on Instagram @teapotoneinsta or email me info@teapotone.com and I’ll send you a code for a month’s free trial so you can try it yourself 👍
Cheers mate really helpful. Cracking app
Thanks Chris 👍
A good app and i use it for most of my trips, a good function would be similar to the garmin show map function so when your not actually following a set route you can have it open showing the road your on etc, I like this function on the garmin as its good for unfamiliar roads to see what corners coming up etc.
You can do this easily bud, either hit ‘track ride’ or just have the map open as you ride 🤷♂️👍
@@teapotone lol.. didn't know it had these feature, guess I need to play with it some more, cheers mucker.
As far as I’m aware it should simply sync automatically between desktop and mobile.
@@teapotone ok cheers, it’s defo not doing that at the mo. I’ll do some more digging.
Hey bud, great vid as always. Someone may have mentioned this already, but you can do the random round trip planner on the web version. On the map screen, on the right under where you have the start and destination boxes, if you click on "More" you can select "Round Trip planner"
Thanks bud, aye someone’s messaged me to say - genuinely didn’t know that, so cheers 👍

If not, use the UltimateAddOns Helix strap. It lets you Mount your phone on any bike and has enough ‘give’ that it doesn’t cause any vibration issues with your phone’s camera.

@@teapotone thanks for your reply hoping to test it out in Sicily very soon. Greetings from Malta.

Hi Bruce, I am new to biking and looking to do some touring. Can you see/look up other people's or rides you have done on Callimoto?
gut gemacht! 😁
thanks for this video! Helped a lot!
I'm thinking of purchasing the Cardo Freecom 1 plus duo. Will the Calimoto app work ok with this?
Yes it’ll work fine
I suggest when someone reviews a navigation app they preface the available features they're using with the subscription level they are using. Just a thought...
Interesting video, thanks. It looks like a good product. I have a few concerns about attaching my iPhone to my bike, having heard the stories about the vibration killing the camera etc. Do you have a recommendation for a phone mount that will properly protect the phone? I may have to consider moving from Basecamp/BMW Nav to something a little more modern... Thanks.
Hi Richard,
If you’ve got a BMW that has the satnav cradle then I’d recommend this cheap little Mount I use from Amazon.
amzn.to/3mnbBJU
It snaps straight into the Nav cradle and even powers your phone off the bike too.

Use code TEAPOTONE10 for 10% off Ultimateaddons products 👍
Do NOT get the Universal Smartphone Grip and Go Holder Kit.
I was sent this and it damaged my phone camera in one ride. I had to have the camera replaced by apple and I’ve told UA but they say they’ve tested it and it’s fine.
It’s not.
Get the Helix strap - works perfectly 👍

That’s a great idea about ‘blacklisting’ a road 👍
@@teapotone it takes me down single track roads which have mud and horse crap in the centre too. Sometimes for a mile or more, it can be pretty dangerous at times with some of the sharp Y-shaped junctions which it takes you through. I'd not suggest doing a “twisty" route at night. The app is best used during daytime or Sundays.
Yeah the Super Twisty option can get fairly agricultural can’t it.

WOW Bruce, just checked pricing as of Oct 23 and its now 249.99 Euro's for full maps package. I would have bought if it was 99 but not at that price.... Not interested in a subscription service. Cheers

Hello bud, Calimoto just let’s you continue your ride 👍
Ha Ha I’ll pass that request on Steve.
I’ll be back 😉😎
Looks a lot more adventurous than the adventures Garmin offers.
Hi TeapotOne, I was wondering if it is possible to export the routes to a Navigator 5? Thank you
Hello bud, yep absolutely.
I’ve got a vid coming on this in a few weeks 👍
@@teapotone Great news then!!! Cheers mate. By the way, great fun with those little Hondas... you couldn't stop the gigles!!!
After watching your video I decided to give it a go. The planning is great but the maps are pathetic. Trying to plan a trip around the Brecon Beacons is nearly impossible as so many great B roads are not on the maps. For £49 I would expected a hell of alot better.
I use a TomTom, but do route planning in Calimoto then export the file. Calimoto planner is far superior.

I’ve got an iPhone 11 Pro, had no issues on the Gs myself
Not sure if you’ll know but is it like Strava (app for push bikes) where your trips are public to view unless you change settings? Cause there’s been an few issues with thieves tracking peoples routes on Strava.
Yes you can publish rides or make them private.
You can also hide your start, destination, or both on public rides.
Again I’ll cover this in a vid
@@teapotone wicked thanks for the info and of course the content.
Hi Gary,
You’d need to use your phone as a screen I’m afraid. Calimoto has said it’s working on being used with Apple CarPlay, but as yet this still isn’t available
@@teapotone Thanks Bruce. 👍🏻
Cheers Neil
I don’t think you can buy individual maps Neil, you either pay a one-off fee for just all maps, or a Premium package which also includes all maps
Many thanks

@@motosnape thanks Neil, I hope you've dried out
Does this app give voice prompts/verbal navigation?
Yes - but I don’t use that function personally, I mute it and just read the map directions 👍
And one last question if you dont mind. Do you have to stop and start navigation at each way point or you can just ride through them?
I find at roundabouts it might say exit 3 but if you actually count the exit it is quite often wrong. Have you find this
No - if you check the main junction board before a roundabout and look at the sign for the roundabout, if you count how many options there are displayed, you’ll find that Calimoto is correct.
Often there will be an ‘exit’ on the roundabout that doesn’t actually go anywhere, it’s just a dead end into a field or lay-by etc, but Calimoto will count this as an option.
It’s always best to have your phone on display if you can, then you can see on the map where to exit.👍
@@teapotone thanks Bruce 👍

Very. You can easily import or export .gpx to/from Calimoto - but personally I’d ditch the Nav 6 altogether and just use your phone with Calimoto.

Hello,
I live in the UK, upgraded to the premium, with a view to planning routes in Europe.
Just plot your route to Dover or whatever UK port your leaving from, then plot another route for the European side, so from Calais onwards for example 👍
can you add learner plate restrictions in this app?
Hi Bruce, I've just downloaded the app to use in Thailand, but the maps are all in Thai script. Is there any way to change the default alphabet used by the maps?
Ah now that’s a very good point bud!
I’m afraid I don’t know the answer to this so you’ll be better to ask their customer support. I’ll chase it up at my end too just so I know for future reference 👍
I dont see any speed cameras, is this only for premium?
Yes I think it is
@@teapotone ye it is, I just paid for premium and now I can see the speedcameras.
Does calimoto use data on phone while using?
Yes BUT you can download maps over Wi-fi and then use the app in offline mode so as not to use your data - useful when travelling abroad especially 👍
