Only a ginger man could do it justice, so thanks a lot for going back and doing a fine job of educating us about the wee town and what a spectacular fly over. I swear down, it makes you wanna be Scottish, and that is exactly what I did for the six days I was there. I immersed myself in it and I could do it all over again any time. Its got TWO Baynes bakeries and more churches per square inch (never seen so many churches in my life. People are lovely, love the accents.

Drony no dae that. I'm from Lochgelly but I now live in London - grew up there in the 1970s and 1980s - it was a shit hole then and still is now.
What a dump - Scotland really struggles to come up with attractive market towns and villages compared to England, France ,Germany, Italy ect There are exceptions e.g St Andrews or Falkland but there are an awful lot of Lochgellys.
There's like twenty Lochgellys surrounding Lochgelly lol, though the high school is in a league of its own shittery.
