Good afternoon dear Aunty and Tanmay bro - The most awaited recipe .Sometimes I am confused with Aunty’s measurement . Though she mentions 1/4 of say salt but the actual quantity used is much more , especially when its used to make the masala . The best part is to show the quantities vide Teaspoon. I believe it could be table spoon . Happy Diwali 🪔. Wow that’s an excellent way of frying 👌👌 The fried items are glistening 👌 Wow so many ingredients and the final Shahi Mixture looks simply delicious 😋😋😋 I will finish the jar within 3 to 4 days 😀😀 Time to taste and a good crunch giving an ASMR effect . I agree , Aunty’s recipes are fabulous . Thoroughly enjoyed this recipe . 100% will try this one during Diwali . Looks awesome 👏🏼.
