Good afternoon dear Aunty and Tanmay - Time for Palak Paneer recipe 👍 The Palak looks super green 👍 Thanks for the tips on putting the Palak leaves in boiling water to ensure that the colour is retained and doesn’t turn black 👍 Now to blanch the Palak by giving it a temperature shock . The Palak paste looks very green and has retained the colour . Wow what an idea to incorporate Kaju or cream to ensure that the bitterness of the Palak is neutralised. My all time favourite is Lady’s finger 👌 Wow another technique to add salt towards the end of the cooking . Wah the final product looks super awesome 😋😋 Time for tasting the PP with crisp Kulcha . We make Palak Paneer at home very regularly and it’s awesome . Now we will try Aunty’s recipe .
