Normally there is cutting edge sharp entrance, crab touch that sharp wire, we back inside, if they are back easily, you may close a littler on the entrance, will prevent them easily climb out. Tri it.
@@leefishersports9236 ok thanks i'm going to pinch back my openings. I have a canal and check the trap hourly, I just noticed if I don't remove them they won't be in there within a couple hours.
@@leefishersports9236 -I bought my Lee Fisher trap a fee years ago and bearly use it.this time around I'm taking it out more.my question to u is I catch big crabs in the 4door drop #15 traps and small ones in the L.F. trap.do I need to pull the opening wider for larger ones to come in?
in Italy in the last two years we have been invaded by these blue crabs. each person with just 40 cages takes at least a quintal a day. Here males pay 15 euros per kilo and females 8. All the Chinese buy them.
Slim is not a crabber. You would be fighting the crabs all day trying to tong them out of the pot. Also, they can easily bail out of the shallow bait cutting board.
I'm glad you mentioned the R as well as name, number, and address. I was on a site yesterday that didn't mention any of those requirements.
I don't think you said Lee Fisher enough might want to throw it in a few more times in the next video.....lol
YES A VIEDO OF THE NEW FL CRABBING RULES
Great video! Thank you
How about more info on legal way to ID the Floats? We all want to be legal. Yes, we heard Lee Fisher Sports.
Have you tried or know someone who tried using both fish and chicken in the same trap as bait?
how do you keep the crabs in there, I'm finding crabs will come in and within an hour they climb back out

@@damagekids Yes, you can, but open too big, may some crabs will escape. If you only want big one, then open wider is fine.
So I don’t need a panel if I have the dowel?

What is the benefit on the tall trap?
the benefits of the taller trap is u can fit more crabs.bait it heavy and leave it for the day

It's a lot easier to shake them out of the Trap then to try to play hell and stick in those tongues in there
