Vietnamese food and Sugar Cane juice on the way back to Ha Giang city, at the end of our very special Hoang Su Phi tour finding the most beautiful Rice terraces that Vietnam has to offer! Many go to Sa Pa region but Ha Giang prefecture is the most beautiful one and especially the district of Hoang Su Phi near the border with China! There were no tourists either because this is still a secret location known by just few locals. You can't drive to there by car, only by bike and it is quite dangerous to go alone. That's why most of people ride behind an EASY RIDER local person with good knowledge of the horrible roads under construction. From the perspective of being totally new and interesting, Namibia is my nr1, the landscapes, the largest sand dunes in the world at Namib desert, the Dead Vlei, the many different tribal people Himba, Herero, Bushmen and their costumes or the lack of clothing completely, the amazing animals in Etosha Salt Pan, food was good and safe, people were kind and polite, I even went there twice and would go again. Also because it is a Christian country the risk of terror attacks on tourists is not there, compared to Kenya and other African countries. I'll think of the Nr. 2 and Nr. 3 country recommendation and let you know!
