8:16 Instead of moving the red to the right side first you can just do Rw' U' R' to pair the second triangle up. No need to move the red out of the way without solving anything else in the meantime. For the second triangle of the second triple the same concept can also be used to save some moves.
Good spot! To be honest I avoid F moves during F2T because the regrip is bigger than it would be for executing multiple R moves in a row. I think it's somewhat down to preference. 👍

But I recently picked up the DianSheng and just a few minutes ago I thought, "I'd like to learn a good speedsolving method, let me check youtube" and one of the first videos in my feed was this one! 😅
