Second Hoogly bridge was constructed in 20 years . Metro constructed in 18 years(north south) . Joka - Mominpur metro crossed 14 years . So redevelopment of Howrah stn will take at least another 15 years to be very accurate ...this is W.B. you dream less live happy .
