For the Vietnamese spring rolls with rice paper, I find it easier to wrap when u roll halfway then fold in the sides and complete the last half.

Korean BBQ with a cold Hite beer. Second best was hotpot. Both were amazing meals. All the food I ate in Korea was excellent. I miss eating kimchi.

I'm a new subscriber and have been binge watching a lot of your videos. You guys are so much fun to watch and thanks for giving us good directions to find the restaurants plus showing us the proper way to eat certain dishes. As a foreigner, we don't normally know how to eat certain Korean foods. I'm making a list of places recommended by you guys so I can go next time I'm in Seoul. BTW, please also mention if the place you've recommended has a minimum number of people in your party. I usually travel alone and I find a lot of places in Seoul has a minimum of 2 people so I can't eat there even if I want to! 😢

My local Chinese buffet joint, closed down and was reopening as a Hot Pot place right as the pandemic hit the Philadelphia suburbs. I hope they managed to be successful because I really want to go. If not, we've got a couple of Korean BBQ places right down the road. But I really want Hot Pot.
