I Need More HPs!!!! Here we get into tearing out the reliable GX390 and attempting to clean install a Kohler Command 18HP Twin into the Charlie Horse!!
I do love this one for what it is to me,..it is a true blood off roader. That is how I built it. Some people like collecting them and their implements and I like to build them to take on challenges that they were never meant for. Thanks for the comment and I hope you enjoy the content!
One of the channels I’m subscribed to says that the reason why these engines can’t handle their full throttle for very long is because the piston rods are too small they make aftermarket ones that are bigger and then you can get rid of the governor because then it can handle its full throttle for as long as I want so I’m thinking just to start out I would just do that before I do big modifications because even though I’ve been driving mower’s since I was three I’ve never driven them really fast before so I need to start there I’m still going to use a predator 670 but the truth is it’s probably going to be powerful enough just like that I can definitely handle a twin all I need to do is just put bigger rods on the pistons that way it can handle it’s full throttle so that I don’t blow it up the only time it’ll go really fast is on a smooth straight away but I like the twin because it can handle the mud better i think the tractor I want is a sears because they are easy to find and get I can’t wait to learn how to build these and have some serious fun I think I know what I’ll name it too I think I’ll nickname the tractor the ace of spades I’m definitely good a doing nicknames
Each to their own. I like filming my work. It helps me later and I like looking back at old footage. Plus If I have some tractor saving epiphany while I'm working I don't want to have to turn down the music to address my subjects......HAHAHA
I love the fact that it's easy to fix these small tractors.
Love the looks of these long hood Wheel Horse tractors, and I especially love the rear discharge mower decks a lot of them came with.

I just put a 37hp 1000cc Kohler on a mower
I can't work on my stuff without music in the background. That's why I don't film my shop time.

Do the best I can with one camera and still getting work done.
