"Some guy" sold his truck to post her bond, and he wrote her a letter while he was in his own "recovery," but they "don't talk" and she doesn't know where he is now? Big time red flag.
She needs to keep doing what she is doing. She needs to do it for herself first and foremost. She will never be able to care for her children if she doesn't learn to care for herself.
The Prosecuting Attorney service in St Joseph County has been a shambles ever since the departure of Debbie Davis, and the sad death of Melissa Hallack...
It has been short staffed for years. Deborah Davis's Dismissal was not the issue and she won't be the solution...assuming she wins and avoids pending lawyer disciplinary hearing
She sounds like she's getting it. She didn't try to oversell herself, and didn't try to undersell her past bad decisions. She's got a solid job, and is not messing around with romantic relationships in early recovery. I wish her the best, and that she can eventually make amends for past misdeeds.
It all starts when she admits she has a problem, then she becomes receptive to treatment. The Judge sure is opening doors for this girl and her kids to have a life again.
@@RKBaxter Being receptive to the treatment is the key part. If they don't want treatment they'll never get better. I don't like it when judges force people into treatment instead of jail. They are putting an undue burden on the treatment centers and it's not going to work.
Judge Middleton always asks good, probing questions. Asking who posted her bond and how many hours a week she works is something most judges don't do. 👍
Five children Lord only knows where they are emotionally. More troubling four different dads. Her brain using a very strange combination of drugs has to have taken a toll.
A lot of these defendants, I see them and think, obviously they're still very young so if they can stay clean, they've still got their whole lives ahead of them. Then it's like, 5 kids? JFC.
While crazy court cases are interesting, it’s good to see cases where the defendant is getting on the right track. These judges are definitely caring people who want to see someone turn their life around.
Ihave never thought about drugs depleting dopamine, but that makes sense. So you feel even worse when you come down, so you have to use again. I have a lot of hope for this woman. Living sober is a wonderful way to really and truly live one's best life.
The defendant obviously has a hard road to follow. The critical part is the development of an increasingly stronger character of self-discipline to overcome her trials and tribulations. This, of course, is not easy and will necessitate persistent focus upon the ultimate goal. This comes from the individual themself and with the help of others. This desired result is realistically achievable, but the alternative is very bleak. Increased confidence in herself if very important.
Hey LonewolfUsul!! 👋 It's always great following your stream. Thx for the drama. ❤️❤️ I'm thinking this girl put out a lot in order for this guy to sell his truck to bond her out. Crazy...
My husband's brother crashed at his older brothers crib out it was late and he didn't wanna go home an disrespect their mother. (They were raised that way). They were in the basement an his brother wife have him a Adderall she didn't know he was already on blue zannîes n drinking all day, his heart exploded. Mixing these two types of medications in any form is "VERY DANGEROUS"…
Her story is very similar to mine. I have 5+ years clean and sole custody of my 5 yr old daughter. Her mom is AWOL. I hope this mom can continue on the path of recovery. One day at a time 🙏❤️
I'm still not sure how much I like Judge Middleton. It's just so slow. Plus he is so lenient it makes me crazy. IMO People re-offend because there is no real cost or incentive not to.
Is she paying child support for her 5 illegitimate children? Of course not. Was she ever ordered to pay? Of course not.
Who spat in your cheerios? Illegitimate? You sound like a nasty person.

Those poor children scattered all around 😢

I see Judge Middleton I gotta watch, I love how slow he talks but very sharp well known in his community.

oh, my … this girl was riding a fast train to Hell …
I hope she’s able to stay on the path to recovery …

Middleton: There is a special ring in hell for these types of people.
Everyone: Amen
Excellent comments, Mr. Wolf. Very useful.

Good for you!
Another breeder that give no thought or take responsibility for her offspring. Poor kids.
That's why she NEEDS a tubal ligation
M@th & H are hard to kick. Best wishes to her and her efforts
No matter how much drugs you use you still have the same problem the next day go to work for the kids future
Ive been single for a year and a half
Has a one year old.
Shes like a feral cat. She needs to be fixed

women dont give a f about the kids
Five children and a huge burden on the taxpayers!
Vulfi, what do you mean it's easy to become a parent? Maybe on your side of the equation. Pregnancy and childbirth are not "easy".
It's easier by comparision to make them than it is to rear them responsibly.
@@LoneWolfUsul , true that
I wish this country showed more support for planned parenthood. Most people don't need five kids, but she especially does not.
With four different fathers I believe judge counted. That in itself is a disjointed family tree. I just don’t get it.
The people who oppose it do NOTHING to support the resulting children. "The right to life ends at birth."
Are you saying it's better to kill children than to let them be born?
Kick the theme music "You let him hit it raw. You didnt have second thoughts. Now you a single mom. Now you a single mom."😂
