This is so nostalgic. John's voice appears to be fully recovered to the Continuum and prior days. Love the improv which he used to do back in the RFS days.
18th December 2003 was the first time I heard this song. In my brother's apartment in Dusseldorf, Germany. Here I still am, enjoying JM 20 years later.
I’m so happy I bought tickets to this show last minute, it was special. Was my first Mayer show and I will never forget it. Grew up listening to albums like room for squares and it has come to be one of my favorite albums.
I'm going on the 24th in Nashville for my birthday present to myself. I saw Sob Rock when he came here last April and it was amazing. Such a gifted performer. How was the solo acoustic show?
This is my all time favorite song. I saw him in Newark on opening night had hoped that he would play this, I was so sad that he didn’t but this let me enjoy it and it was as amazing as I thought it would be.
Ohhhh! Sooooo happy to see him play this and get into it like that and play a solo! ❤❤👏👏 This song is where it all started! His first single. I remember being a fan since that time! A very significant song and I'm so happy to see it getting the love on stage 🥰 Thank you for sharing this! 🙏
Thank you for this!! I had f.row tickets but wasn't able to make it to the concert. It broke my heart..but sometimes it's just Bad timing. This is Wonderful. Thank you Again! ❤️
@Claudio Perfetti I listed them a week ahead & Unfortunately. no sale. I would have given them happily to another couple to Enjoy for nothing but I didn't have the energy to move them outside my circle. It broke my heart, really. But SO happy to had caught a glimpse of My Favourite through your lens. Thank you again!
Aw man, this is awesome. I have a sneaking suspicion he won’t play this again tomorrow (I’ll be in attendance), but this video gives me hope he will. 😭
Holy jumping you gotta be....Johnnyboi coming through with a solo that takes you back to 2001 when he played Dirty Pop/No Such Thing medley at Tower Records in Atlanta to a crowd of 20: ua-cam.com/video/0SW2kqHMXEQ/v-deo.html
He's a great player, I'm just glad that he went for more blues and evolved vs the Room for Squares pop sound he had. I get it though, he needed fame to get to the next level and grow more as a player. I'd like to see him bring out the Novax again sometime.
he plays gravity at every single full band show.. I think the whole point of this tour is to put away some of the songs people expect of him and play the tunes that really appeal to the die hard fans (the people that are buying tickets to these shows)
This man is literally playing coffee shop acoustic gigs to sold out arena’s…..amazing!
It's so impressive 😍🤌🏼
He Earned It !!! 🧡🧡🧡

Saw him in 2019 and his voice was amazing

Seeing John doing this album is showing the undeniable dave matthew’s influence on his early days
John Mayer the gift that keeps on giving!

Ah to be back in the time when “faded white hats” was a relevant fashion reference 😂 love you Johnny!
Cuts from John Mayer's Solo Tour, actually all of his tours, are bomb as exemplified by this video. Love it. Love him

Wow it’s been awhile since he’s played a solo to this song . I can hear some of the same phrases of licks he used to play in the early 2000’s.
