When she outgrows rear facing, is there a front facing install? Or do we get a new seat entirely?

Hi, unfortunately, when they outgrow it, you have to get a new seat. Outgrowing is either surpassing the 35lb weight limit or the child surpassing the 32 inch height limit. As per the manual "this car seat is to be installed rear facing only." -- All the info can be found here on their site if there is anything that I didn't answer, hope that helped :)

Great video. Thanks. I saw a video that shows that we should car seats handle bars up that if an accident the bar protects the baby from flipping into the back seat. Any thoughts

From reading through the manual, it doesn't say that it should be used in that manner. If the child is properly fastened in the seat and the seat to the vehicle, in theory you shouldn't have to worry about that unless that vehicle is crushed, but even then the child should be protected prayerfully from the shape and construction of the seat. I always make sure to go through the manual with things like this especially because its the safety of my kids.
