Gorkha is not caste name . Gorkha is a district in Nepal which came from Gau(cow) rakshya. Means place where cow is protected. And king prithibinarayan shah was the king of gorkhali and founder of Modern Nepal. Guru gorakhnath give blessing to king prithibinarayan shah to unified this land. I myself from Gorkha. Gurung, magar were mostly in warrior. So british got influced with them and took them in britian called royal gurkhas. Gorkha is Nepal a place not caste or anything.

Dude it's their main weapon the Russians can't use them and in terms of battle go and hear stories about Laachiman Gurung and many more Gurkha soldiers they are the bravest of brave in the world even Hitler said that if he had Gurkha in his army then no one in the world would've been able to stop him and don't make fun of their dance it's their tradition and each slash means decapitation meaning you should kill the enemy within 2 blows and they need to go there 36 weeks of hard and cruel selection process in which out of 10,000 only 300 get selected every year
it would not be funny anymore when they(gurkhas) draw out their traditional knife called (khukuri) and next the minute u know it....your blood be dripping on their khukuri...
