It also depends on your server location. Not sure if you are in Asia/SEA or North America, but I usually clocked my time from example, 8.00 to 8.15 to 8.30 to 8.45 and lastly at 9.00, every 15 minutes.
I don't wanna be "that guy" but getting crit rate or crit damage on 15 level echo is already 46% if it's pure equal rng. And fun fact, your success rate was 40%. even if your sample size small, you are pretty close to my pure rng calcs. And you didn't question why it's always just 1 crit. So this method is just false claim xd it's like "if you do this ritual before pulling for a character, you will win your 50/50". But hey, I'm not hater if you wanna believe this kinda rituals. it's up to you. Have fun.
