Try experimenting around as well and guides is also available everywhere. It also depends on how good your echo is to do more dmg so you just have to keep grinding for a good echo set for your certain character.
This game is Chinese, so the correct pronounciation of the names, would be the Chinese pronounciation, and for Calcharo, it is what you thought was wrong. Calcharo, with the Ch pronounced as it is in Charred.

the optimization is a lot better now. you don't crash all that much. I used to crash 24/7 before making it where wuthering waves used my battery. now I just lag a decent amount, but it's playable. I enjoy the game a lot. (I'm on mobile, their mobile optimization sucks lmfao.)

Got his weapon in 20 pulls so he's my main now, got 65 crit rate and 294 crit damage far more better than my calcharo !
