I so appreciate your rebounding videos. A whole 33 minutes of rebounding and lots of standing ab and lateral leg work. So many exercises tend to be going forward and back. I m 64 and some of the moves make me think and sharpen my mind body coordination! Really excellent! Thanks so much. Keep it up!
This is an awesome circuit style HIIT workout!! The 120 BPM music had the perfect beat for each of the versions of the combo moves!! I kept it to a traditional HIIT style workout and did the health bounce in-between move circuits!! Terrific workout that left me feeling awesome!! 😁👏👏👍!!!!!
I'm a bit jet lagged and didn't think I'd finish this also after not rebounding for 2 weeks (missed it so much) but I couldn't stop...the music and moves were just so fun. Thanks so much ❤

1st time trying this....... loving it super challenging, those blinking kicks😂😅 need to work up to running between .....🎉 I have had to take a couple of breaks but I will work on it❤❤ I start thinking I've cracked rebounding and each new routine reminds me there is always work to be done in anything😂😂😂Thank you Nikki and team xx
