I notice that both Ding and Gukesh are two men of few words. But having FEW words doesn't mean that their words are empty, trivial or meaningless. As Teddy Roosevelt once said, "Walk softly and carry a BIG stick!"
I liké the Dude ? And Last championship they weren't reviewing the crucial phases of the game with computer, they were talking but folks other than gm can't just remember thé position and visualise imagine the board and a move. I like thel both
As a Mandarin speaker watching Ding try to express himself in English, I often get the feeling from watching Ding's facial expressions that there are probably a lot of things he wants to say but can't quite find the words to say it in the moment due to his relative lack of facility in the language, even though his English has improved quite a bit since the last WC. If you have ever tried to express yourself in a language you are not comfortable with, you'll know what I'm talking about. I'm not sure that providing a translator is the solution here, because we would then have a different problem, that of something being potentially lost in translation. Just thinking aloud here (in English 🙂).

I feel like even player should be able to question each other , like why did you think you did this and that or another questions, it could be very fun
So basically he should practice everything in chess except the openings he has already memorized. With your feedback he will surely become world champion

In normal matches they discuss sometimes after the game but here they don't . Maybe bcz they are exhausted
