I didn't expect Home Free, no matter how awesome they are, to do a GREAT Cover to a Boys II Men song. And the ACED it when they where given the task. Amazed me. This, is a Cover that I will NEVER forget.
Home Free may be the "country" acapella group but they can (and do) sing all the genre's !!! There is simply no other acapella group that can match their harmonies. You gotta see their funny stuff too...have you seen the Butts Remix ? 6 Booty songs in a great mashup !!! and I agree with the Love Train suggestion, that one is awesome
That is what's so amazing about these men they do this all with their mouths and their voices they are extraordinarily talented.. Love Home Free Love My Boys..🏡🆓🏡🍟
Your boy on the end, is Austin Brown. He has a great voice. Check out their cover of the O'Jays, Love Train. Austin does a great job singing lead, on that song. Great reaction.
These boys have got IT! Check out anything the commentors are suggesting that Home Free does, doesn't matter if it's a cover or an original, it's goooooood! Glad to see you reacting so well to these guys. "Champagne Taste On A Beer Budget" and "Leave This Town" are just a couple of over 100 songs they have on the internet/web/youtube....whatever! Welcome to the rabbit hole that is Home Free you have become in just two reactions an official Home Fry!
All of them are over 6ft. Tim Foust: Bass (Texas) Austin Brown: High Tenor (Georgia) Rob Lundquist (Main Lead): Tenor (Minnesota) Adam Chance: Sometimes Bass, Baritine (Florida) Adam Rupp: Beatboxer (Minnesota) Fans are Home Fries a term coined by Ben Folds when they were on the Sing Off. Won the season after Pentatonix. Shawn Stockman from Boys to Men was a judge.
Could definitely tell you enjoyed Home Free's cover of "End of the Road". They sure can sing whatever genre that exists. It's hard to find anything they aren't good at. You will also like "When a Man Loves a Woman". Austin (blue and brown jacket) takes the lead on that one!
*After arriving at the Recording Studio * [Producer says] Guys; if you’re foolish enough to cover one of the most Epic songs, by one of the most Epic Groups of their Era, you’d best bring it and sang the Shit out of it!🤨 ...to which they replied “Hey, Fam ...Hold My Beer” 🍺!!
Yep Home Free can bring it. I just discovered them this year and they are so good. They can do every genre. They can also be goofy and fun. Try Butts Remix for laughs or Folsom Prison Blues to hear Tim Foust, the bass go really low. He’s cut his hair lately so he looks different. They did a collaboration with Kenny Rogers called Children Go Where I Send Thee, or they sing with the group Alabama called Christmas in Dixie live. So good. Can’t go wrong with Home Free. Loved your reaction.
Thanks for the Home Free reaction! If you want to check out some great holiday songs by Home Free, try Full of Cheer, Auld Lang Syne, or Do You Hear What I Hear. Other non-holiday songs I'd recommend are The Butts Remix, Love Train, Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On, or Folsom Prison Blues. Its difficult to find a song they do that isn't as good as the original. Thanks again for the reaction!!
Austin Brown is in the brown and blue jacket, he is from Tifton, GA. You lesson to him sing, '"When a Man Loves a Woman." And Tim Foust ,bass, sing Misty Mountain, with Peter Hollens.
no, honey that's Adam Rupp on vocal percussion. there are no instruments. :) if you'd like to confirm, they were on the sing off and there are several live performances, as well as bits where Adam does his "drum" solo while the other 4 take a quick break. and since the sing off version songs are shortened you could effectively do most of them in one video, unless you want to hear what the judges said, which I actually do recommend, some of the back and forth was really funny. and you have not heard him break it down yet. Do You Hear What I hear is probably my top Christmas that they've done, it's all great though
@@boshidobrownreacts Hey, cuz. It's Christmas, check out Home Free 'Do you hear what I hear'. Adam, their main beat boxer, arranged it. Great video, too. Then, go Folsom Prison Blues, Elvira, The Butt remix. Aw, hell, after that, anything they do is good. They won 'the sing off' on nbc in 2014. Those performances live are a good time. Go down the Home Free rabbit hole. It's worth it.
There are videos of Adam Rupp (the beat boxer) doing drum solos. The man sounds like a drum kit all with his mouth. My theory is that he swallowed a drum set as a child.
HomeFree's base voice is Tim Faust. If you would like to hear a song featuring his vocal range, may I suggest a song called "Misty Mountain". This song was done with Peter Hollens.
Front row left to right Tim Foust bass, Rob Lundquist lead tenor and Austin Brown. Back row left to right Adam Rupp beatboxer and Adam Chance (who goes by Chance) the baritone.
You should try some more home free. Like butts remix All about that bass Do you hear what I hear Peter Hollens ft home free amazing grace R Chris Rupp ft home free what child is this .
"When a Man Loves a Woman" ft Austin Brown high tenor (blue and brown vest) Bass Tim Foust ( long brown hair) listen to "Your Man"and Misty Mountains! "Mayday" you can see other members featured and switching part's. "Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On"
Thanks for the good reaction! Subscribed tonight. You do HF, we'll be there, fans is fine to call us. I never use Home Fries myself but have followed them faithfully and listened to maybe thousands of their videos, been to six shows! So fans is okay. No worries. But now try Mayday! That's another favorite! So many, enjoy the journey. For a fun/crazy one, try the Butts Remix! Wow. Take care.
These guys are amazing. You should listen to their cover of "Helplessly Hoping " by Crosby, Steeles & Nash. They also do a great cover of Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire and Folsom Prison Blues. "
Man I thought we was gonna get a stank face out of you on this... LOL Great reaction for sure...You'll have to react to Ojay's cover of "Love Train" - it'll turn your crank if you know what I mean - those Home Free boys got some soul I tell you! Keep up the good work my friend! RichieC
I suspect these guys could sing the phone book and I'd listen.... They're ALL that good, that versatile, and that interesting to my ears. And they make a capella look easy even though it's anything but...
Hey, brother, yeah, dog this was hittin' it. But you have to check out their "Butt's Remix". It is a multi-genre mash-up about that bootay. They rock it in every genre they can find a song about butts.
Rob, Austin, Adam... just all of them.. Tim with the bass.. just amazing.. no instruments.. I love it..
Rob shows out on this one. One of the best vocalists EVER
I love this group of talented men. They do a great job of this cover. More Home Free please. They are all between 6.2' and 6;4"
So much soul! It’s oozing with soul!
Your face when Tim came in with his basement bass, I died 😂
Man...these boys can SANG!
This is TRUE talent. Thank you for reacting to them.
Outstanding cover of an Iconic song! Sing Y’all SING!

Second Butts Remix. It's funny.
Their bass!!! The register he can hang out in is so so low!!!
My 3 year old loves the Butts Remix. She can even sing little parts of it.
I love watching first timers slide down the Home Free rabbit hole turning into a Home Fry (fan)
That is what's so amazing about these men they do this all with their mouths and their voices they are extraordinarily talented.. Love Home Free Love My Boys..🏡🆓🏡🍟
Home Free is amazing. Got to see them live back in Dec of 2019 during their Dive Bar Saints tour. Mind blowing. Great reaction. Welcome Home Fry 😁
Your boy on the end, is Austin Brown. He has a great voice. Check out their cover of the O'Jays, Love Train. Austin does a great job singing lead, on that song. Great reaction.

That opening sound you heard in the dark doorway was Adam Rupp beatboxing!
Two snaps up.😃
Homefree
Tim, the bass, has a five octave range from what I hear.
Yeah, Tim's range actually upsets me because of how wide it is lol. It's unfair.
Your going to love this one
Front row left to right Tim Foust bass, Rob Lundquist lead tenor and Austin Brown. Back row left to right Adam Rupp beatboxer and Adam Chance (who goes by Chance) the baritone.
