I used to work for Travelocity and they comped us all a buffet at the Wynn when it opened. It was explained to us that Steve Wynn would often take business luncheons in the Buffet so staff keeps the presentation up as if Steve Wynn could walk in any moment w clients or businesses partners. Even if no longer the case it is an amazing buffet.
I was a manager there and part of the opening team. Steve actually lived on the grounds and walked that property every day. I’d get calls at 2 in the morning because “Steve said the slot floor was messy.” “Steve can’t see. Get off of my phone.” 😂😂😂😂😂
The thai ice tea cheesecake, raspberry sorbet, cold crab & shrimp was absolutely killer!!! Loved the charcuterie station as well. I was there for over the 2hrs and no one bothered us.to get out 😂
We literally stayed here for hours which is not typical for the Mrs and I at a buffet. Everything was so good! First time I really took advantage of the crab legs as I’m not a big seafood person but they were so good too! I had Bacchanal at #1 until I tried the Wynn. I will def go to the Wynn every time I’m in Vegas now.
@@juanguzman6945Caesars Bacchanal is worth it too. They have all this seafood + lobster claws. Same price (it's like 78.99 a person) We did it last year and were very pleased.
Buffets in Vegas should offer a day pass. The price will be higher than the price of a one time visit but will allow you to visit the buffet as often as you like within the operating hours of that day. I think it would benefit the casino because those with a buffet day pass will most likely stay at the same property and spend more money there. If the casinos really want to make a profit off of a buffet day pass, they could limit the pass to only three visits per day. I would definitely buy a day pass so I could finally try everything at a buffet.
Back in the day you don't need a buffet day pass because price then was dirt cheap to lure people in and hopefully play and lose their money at the casinos but they realized that people just come to stuff their stomachs and that's it.
Trump Taj Mahal did it years ago. Had it, but the problem is that you hit it for breakfast, then lunch, then you don't want to go there for dinner. Buffeted put
Keep dreaming. Buffets are a huge loss to the casinos. You wouldn't believe how people pig out. The only reason they do them is so you gamble. Most people get too drunk and then stumble around the strip. Only families would get their money's worth on a "day pass"
Yes yeah yes. It's super clean the options are amazing and workers are so nice. Paid in advance online and waited in line less than 10 min. I will always come back to this buffet.
@Mika-hk3sm yep. But it’s worth it! I’m not a huge seafood fan, but this buffet is probably the only part of Vegas that I look forward to. My family LOVES Vegas, but I’m not a huge fan. It’s just not my idea of a good time. But my parents and sister always bribe me with a trip to this buffet if I go with them. Lol. (Don’t tell them, but I love spending time with my family, so I’d go with them despite hating Vegas even without this buffet. Lol). But they think it’s hilarious to take me here, because even though I’m only 5'2”, and 115lbs soaking wet, and they’re all 5’11” or taller and heavier, this is the one place I eat them under the table every single time (even though seafood isn’t really my thing), and no matter how full I am I refuse to leave until I’ve tried every single thing I want to try at every station, and almost every dessert. I know $75 isn’t cheap, but the food is easily as delicious as a meal at a nice restaurant where you’d spend that much on a single dish, but here you get to try everything.
I went there with my sons, and it was the best buffet I've eaten in Las Vegas. We prepared by not eating the whole day. We ate enough to last into the next day, so I guess we made it cost effective.
I keep hearing that this Buffett was one of the best before the pandemic but not as much after. Like it has become hit or miss. I might have to go one time I visit Vegas and see for myself.
LOVE the Wynn Buffet, it is truly the best Buffet and you have to go at least one time just to experience fresh delcious food!! It's so nice to see the new additions like the fresh pancake, taco, seafood pan roast, and the Ramen station and others, wow!
I love the buffet at Wynn. Usually we go for brunch and it’s about $50 and it’s totally worth it especially with the amount of food you can get. And if you go when it’s on the cusp of lunch but still breakfast hours you get two buffets for the price of one.
