Manoucheh Zaatar Rolls & Cinnamon Scrolls: Recipe, Mouthwatering Treats Made at Home. Kids Love Them

Ingredients:
Dough:
240 g milk
65 g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
650 g flour
100 g sugar
10 g yeast
Filling:
250 g brown sugar
120 g butter
4 tbsp cinnamon
Icing:
250 g powdered sugar
55 g butter
125 g cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
vanilla

Preparation:
Dough:
- Melt milk and butter then add remaining ingredients and whisk all together until it is all blended.
- Put your dough in a bread maker and knead for about 2 minutes.
- Place your dough in a floured bowl, cover and let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough on the floured surface.
- Spread filling on the dough, roll then cut into 12 rolls.
- Place on a baking sheet in a baking tray.
- Cover and let rest in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 Degrees C and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Filling:
- Melt butter then mix in food processor with brown sugar and cinnamon until it all becomes a spreadable dough.
Icing:
- Melt butter and cream cheese.
- Pour in a bowl and add to that the sifted powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
whisk well until all is smoothly blended.
