Cheesecake Nell (My Wife).
Oven: 210 degrees 40 min
Filling:
900 g Philadelphia Cheese
2 Nestle Cream Can
2 Eggs
150 g Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla
2 tbsp Corn Starch
Crust:
400 g Digestive Biscuit
150 g Butter
Cheesecake Nada (My mother-in-law)
Oven: 170 degrees 50 min
Cheese Filling:
18 pcs Kiri
1 cup Sugar
3 eggs
1 cup Yogurt ( Laban)
2 tbsp Labneh
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla
Crust:
400 g Digestive Biscuit
200 g butter
