@@ModernRifleman Thanks man, glad I could help with those videos! I'm considering some changes on mine...we will see. Still want to pick up the big boy Spear someday. And you're spot on with the minimalist stock by the way... it meets the minimum requirement for a stock, there are so many better options. Only positive is it's slim to keep the width down when folded.
M27 also uses the M7 RCO (a standard 4x TA31 RCO with the SDO's reticle), which is $1300 new. Doesn't have RMR on top. You'll find: NT4 PEQ-15 PEQ-16 Safran ICUGR (SRF) M7 RCO SDO+RMR 1-8x SCO (VCOG) typically. Depending on stuff, perhaps Eotechs, M320s (dumb but I've seen it), the optic the M110 SASS uses I forget the name of, and of course others. There's also M38 with the Leupold Mk4 2.5-8 TS30A2.
@@fmxmyway You can’t prove a negative. “Prove Santa doesn’t exist”. Burden of proof is on you my guy. Im just telling you that your assertion is wildly inaccurate. Obsolete would indicate it can’t compete with modern firearms which is objectively false.
Welcome to the club! Still loving my Spear LT 5.56 a year later. Oh and mine's the 16" too... ;)
I watched your videos on your LT, I had to get me one

I feel like you made this build to troll us.
The hk stock fits it well
Awesome build!
MR556 only cost $499 more itd be more accurate to the M27 no?
I dig it!
If you wanted a better M27 IAR, you could've just gotten an M4A1 Block 2. Still, a cool rifle. I like that you went FDE with all of it.
Looks awesome. Imma build one as well. I did not know the hk stock would work with the sig buffer tube. I dig it t Where did you the stock from?
I got it from brownells a while back. Don’t think they have them anymore
how do you deal with the rail shift throwing the laser zero off?
I don’t. It’s not a problem if you torque everything down properlym
@@ModernRifleman post a short of you pushing on the barrel and see if it returns to zero?
That’s nice man is it heavy? I really want the this upper with ar lower conversion.
Not at all. I feel it’s reasonable compared to a normal AR
Nahhhh. My man. Not with that barrel profile.
Bendy Boi.
Indeed
U selling the factory stock?
Probably
I’d be interested if it’s a good price.
An M27 is obsolete compared to the Spear LT. I don't know why people insist on spending more money and think older guns are better.
Obsolete is a huge stretch
How so?@@AnrchyXRY
@@fmxmyway Explain how it is to begin with. You’re the one making wild claims.
Your the one that chimed in1st with the accusation. Its an honest question. @@AnrchyXRY
