OBee CIC went live with their crowd funding campaign today. The aim is to raise £5,000 to help pay for the overspend on this masonry stove. Many BIG thank-yous to everyone who pledged their support today, especially to Mitzi and Lewis for sponsoring the fire box door. The process of 'curing' the stove requires small fires. Here is the first curing fire and a little footage of the extent of this mammoth stove!

Over one year later and we are delighted with the way this mammoth masonry stove performs. It really is like a giant hot water bottle that stays warm from a single firing per day! This stove is called Hestia. Thank-you to everyone involved with constructing and sponsoring her.
