Nice blog. I dove in and got the 80mm f1.6 for my GFX 50sii - did you say that you were shooting in Aperature Priority? Mine is a manual only setup, so am I missing something? Thanks for the blog - keep up the good work, I'm now a subscriber.
Hey great stuff. That rig looks HUGE. Does it get a bit tiring to haul about throughout the day? I'm a sucker for bicycles when I'm shooting street, so loved seeing all of yours in here.
thank you! yes it is a heavy set up. I couldn't walk around with it in my hand like I would with an X-T5 or a smaller camera. A good strap is what you need. I actually had it around my neck whilst I also had a 360 camera mounted to my chest filming me walking around. I will share those clips in shorts. I absolutely love this set up it's amazing and produces such pleasing images. I love bicycles too and there his no shortage of them in Cambridge:)
So I captured everything in acros to help with focus peaking but later edited using classic chrome or eterna bleach bypass mainly. I may well post some of the acros jpegs on my instagram. Keep an eye out there.
I recently bought both the Mitakon 65 and 85mm. They are great. I love the images I get from them. No regrets. Your images are lovely.
It’s a great lens. Thank you
Great images ♥♥♥
Thank you! Cheers!
These are really beautiful. Those people images are so 3 dimensional. Maybe near f4? All of them are just really really nice. Thank you for sharing.
Hey thanks! most of the images were taken at around f1.4 to f2 :)
