To make a chilli dog down here, go to Woolies or Coles and get yourself whatever sausage you want (personally I go for the footy Franks and grill them up), get a can a Stagg chilli, heat it up and add tomato sauce bit by bit until you hit a flavour you like. Also, Woolies has an awesome Mexican grated cheese that goes perfectly. Not necessary but my suggestion is to cook up a small amount of minced beef and add your Stagg chilli to that because some people may not think there is enough meat in the Stagg chilli can (me included). You will be happy you did it.
