The presentation was great, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that I have a knowledge gap when it comes to preparing roadmaps as a Product Owner.
Now that my team is using Kanban, I sometimes question whether a roadmap is necessary.
However, I do appreciate having an outcome-specific roadmap and a separate release plan.

Good points that speaker brought up
#What roadmap isn't:
1. Roadmap is not a list of dates and deadlines
2. Roadmap are dynamic in nature , they change over time base on customer feedback & company strategy
3. Roadmap aren't released plans & neither a tool to blame other teams
4. & there are no perfect roadmap , perfect you , perfect world
