  • Big, beautiful salads aren't just for summer anymore! All you need is a sharp knife to turn Napa cabbage and red cabbage into a gorgeous base for this wintery salad. Plus, their sturdiness makes this dish a great candidate for lunch leftovers tomorrow. Win-win!
    Sarah's Tip of the Day:
To get started, bake some salmon fillets with a delicious lime-honey-soy-sauce glaze, and boil some frozen edamame. Then, combine them with the cabbage, and toss with a dressing made of lime juice, fresh ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Watch the video to get your cabbage-slicing technique just right and see how to flake salmon for a salad.

Have you tried - Taparton Shape Transforming Takeover (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning a short workout for weight loss without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy at very last got amazing success with it.

I personally prefer my salad and protein on separate plates. Throwing the salmon in, eeew!
