- Big, beautiful salads aren't just for summer anymore! All you need is a sharp knife to turn Napa cabbage and red cabbage into a gorgeous base for this wintery salad. Plus, their sturdiness makes this dish a great candidate for lunch leftovers tomorrow. Win-win!
Sarah's Tip of the Day:
To get started, bake some salmon fillets with a delicious lime-honey-soy-sauce glaze, and boil some frozen edamame. Then, combine them with the cabbage, and toss with a dressing made of lime juice, fresh ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Watch the video to get your cabbage-slicing technique just right and see how to flake salmon for a salad.

I must make this. Many thanks!
Thanks for the Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Taparton Shape Transforming Takeover (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning a short workout for weight loss without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy at very last got amazing success with it.
awesome
o
can someone tell me what temperature and time should I use to bake/boil the salmon?
According to the United States Food and Drug Administration salmon should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
It is raw cabbage you didn't cook yet
I personally prefer my salad and protein on separate plates. Throwing the salmon in, eeew!
Ok
Ugh. Ingredients too fancy...
What?
