    Since this video was released, it’s still the best looking salad I’ve seen. That chicken was cooked perfectly 🙂❤️

    Sarah....oh sarah, ur videos bring so much energy which make me want try each of ur "awesome" recipes, especially this one ! I'd grill the chicken though, and add some dates (since dried cherries are hard to find here in Indonesia). Please do another video on healthy and quick finger foods for family gatherings, too. Thanks so much !

      Actually we have dried cherries here usually it goes by the brand 'Mariani' but kinda expensive (it's worth it imho) thought about using dates when I made this the other day, but I used some raisins instead for the tartness which dates lacked.

    This looks great!.. i feel like those of us who like dill might really enjoy dill and lemon in the sauce!.. i would probably still keep the itallian parsley to keep it fresh tasting, but use the lemon in place of the white wine vinegar, but maybe i'd do touches of both..
    That chicken also makes me want to dip it in malt vinegar...
    Yep- now my wheels are just turning! ^_^

  • @veecee3669
    @veecee3669 5 років тому

    A little fresh dill is pretty classic in a ranch dressing, not too much. Also, just a touch of fresh grated garlic is good.

    My only issue is the lack of seasoning. I am someone who has to add more flavor. Salt, pepper and lemon pepper on the chicken would be nice.

    I love panko chicken but I can't get away with 2 T of oil. lol The chicken looks very pale to me. However I love the recipe and I'll give your version a shot. It would make me less guilty about eating it lol :o)

    • @gay23ny
      @gay23ny 8 років тому +1

      if you cook it any longer and get it any darker it's bound to be dry for chicken cutlets are very thin

    • @Tonithenightowl

      Honey I've been cooking for 42 yrs and am noted for my food. I would rather add another 2T. of oil rather than have it look like this.

    Looks good! 😋 yummy. Please don’t take this wrong 😊 but Question lol why didn’t you toss it lol so it could be evenly coated lol when I make a salad I like it to be evenly coated or seasoned. So every bite is succulent. I never I understood why people make salads and drizzle dressing lol and then it taste dry. Some restaurants do that too! Maybe it’s just he I just prefer a salad to be evenly coasted.
