@@mazdaspeedmx512lbsthe reason I asked that because back in the day I remember there was a guy that had an older Chevy with a blower on it at a car show and I said I bet that would be fun to drive around on the streets. He said no it's illegal to drive with a blower or anything sticking out of your hood. That's why I was curious about it and a lot could have changed in the laws since then. But also I was just curious wouldn't water get into the engine bay if it would start to rain?
