Excellent episode, really enjoyed it. Loved to hear Vincent's process and what's involved in a project both from a client management perspective and concept creation. Evelio just wins it for me on the sketch front, nice use of the line weights.
i especially love vincent's honesty about his creative identity once he left burberry and needed to figure out who he was in the career-afterlife. old school life drawing, sketching and pencils for the win.
Haha I cracked up when he says how the million pound machine is living on a piece of tape or cardboard. I think it is because the people who make them don’t completely consider contingencies unlike designers who’d put them in the end users shoe.
Comment who you think won the sketching duel at the end of the episode!

Can't wait to get into it with you on the Podcast Chris! What are the biggest questions you hear from clients?

What type of packaging do you design?

Right? It wouldn’t work if Dave hadn’t put that piece of tape right there!
The bit about the piece cardboard always taped to the expensive factory machines 🤣🤣🤣
Now every time I go to a manufacturer, I see these little bits taped on and think about this episode!
