I use a mix of digital and a paper calendar. I need to see things 10 months out quickly sometimes. The OG day planner allows me to do that. It also allows me to see conflicts quicker. All the data in the planner lives on my digital calendar but that just helps me fight the day and the short term. I live in a dynamic work environment. Simultaneously actioning, planning, and assessing multiple events and tasks. It isn't awesome, but a good system makes it doable. Stay Rad Sir.

Hi any alternatives for android?
I literally watched the most consistent, realistic, operational and simplistic way to be productive in each aspect without the propaganda marketing that productivity market (unfortunately) is selling these days. What a gem video that naturally digested without the complexity we have seen in the same field.
By coincidence , I do the same (after 1000 trials for systems and apps ) with minor differences but really all you need is a calendar, to-do app and note app exposed to you 24/7. no more than that

One piece of advice for you if I may. I’d tune down the volume on the background music a bit. I was watching this with airpods in, and I had to pause the video a couple of times because the audio was a little overwhelming.

I would use notion for all of them! Specially with the Notion Calendar that they just launched, buuut, the problem is the tracking time, takes a bit more effort

Hey Michael! In the settings tab of Todoist, there's a button to link it with Google calendar. I have my Apple calendar showing my Google accounts!
@@SeanOulashin Ok cool. I always had trouble with the Todoist to Google Cal integration, found it buggy, especially around recurring tasks.

6:12 this is because "actionables" isnt a thing at all (for auto correction) because of the "s" is not making any sence for the system and thats why it thinking that its wrong
Heyy. Whats your opinion on notion? Like i find that it works well for me even though it is pretty overcrowded with features. It takes a while to set things up, but it eventually fell into place for me when i started using organizing templates.
Love Notion! Definitely a learning curve with all the features. I'm thinking about making some Notion templates as well!

It's easy! Simply link the app you want to launch with the widget you want to launch from.
