Btw if you don’t talk to Yona at Zora’s domain infirmary (like I did on my first playthrough) then Yona will approach you at Mipha court after defeating the Sludge Like with Sidon and initiate the quest there. You’ll be even closer to where you can nab an ancient arowana haha
