Laelynn is doing great! She's pain free and officially acts like a normal puppy, as if nothing is wrong - all she wants is love love love!!
Medically she's getting healthy, but her wound is in the worst spot. Anything we stitch in comes out because she moves her legs all day. Right now we have a thick, absorbant pad stapled in that is sucking up the discharge. We hope her leg won't need to be amputated, but we have more tricks up our sleeve to try. The hard part is there is just not enough skin to close. If you missed her story, she had a HUGE gaping hole right at her thigh. She was attacked by a much larger dog. Thankfully, her abdomen was just missed, but finding a way to close her leg wound is proving difficult. In the meantime, she's getting tons of love from us and eating good!

Omg she is ADORABLE, she will make some family a very happy and healthy pet. Remember adopt don't shop. Rescue pets are always the best pets.
