My home state is Delaware! I moved down south for school and I miss the long falls and winters. They're super short here but the summers are so long.

I nodded to everything you've said! I love hearing about people learning about emotional intelligence and finding ways to express emotions. So kiddos to you for being on this journey and for being a role model for your children! Proud of you for being consistent! You got this! 🥳

I’m so glad you’re back on UA-cam 😊 And I love the new style of videos too. Thank you so much for sharing about mental health, it is helpful and makes me feel less alone as I’m currently going through my own struggles ❤

I love the combination of journal with me and talking about psychological/philosophical topics! I think it's very important and it was nice hearing what you've learned and adapted, and even teaching your kids the same 😊

Love these videos and so glad to have you back! It instantly gets me in the craft/journal-y vibes and I've built up a playlist with a few of your current and a few older videos of yours to play in the background while I do some journaling myself.

Looove every your bujo style 'till now and your illustrations as you sometimes did years ago...
I'm also glad that you come back to share your videos...
Yes, the depression or other problems could only be solved by ourselves...
It cost power & patience for sure, but once we find good methods, then it would be worked and it really worth to do 👍 !!
Please keep in mind that "It's not important to hold all good cards in life... but more important how well we play those cards we hold 😉 !"
This is my principal of life...
Take care & good luck to you 😊❣️

Hi Sarica! It’s always a pleasure to listen to your thoughts. I find it interesting how I see color… I feel anxious when I see yellow. In fact bright color makes me sad. I love deep colors, deep reds, yellows and blues. Just thinking about them brings be to smile, I think mental health is important but I also think overthinking thing makes whatever problem worse. I feel my emotions and I let them go. I am about 12 years older then you so I know I learned things you will learn. When my adult daughters walked in my room listen to you explains how color makes you feel. They said made we are depressed because those colors we don’t like. I have to tell them that we are different and colors can mean the same for everyone. So you are right, we need to listen to child about their feelings so they will grow up emotional stable.

Hi Sarica! Sorry about the skunk...but if it happens again, use Tomato Juice first to help get the major yuck out, then the bath with castile soap!

Hi Sarica! You are not alone in this emotional intelligence topic - I am too still accepting that other people's actions and emotions are not about me but more about them. 🫂 Btw, I was so inspired to see your hand-made calendar in the last video, so I just created a journal-planner-habit tracker for my iPad to suit my needs. Looking forward to updates on your shop and future videos. Wishing you a great day!
