Loved the chill vibes of this video! I was editing a reel while watching this! It was lovely like sitting with a friend and. coworking!! Thank you so much!
Hi Sarica! I have been using the Take A Note for 2023 and it's my favorite notebook I've ever used! I will forever use the A6 size, so I truly hope you'll enjoy and love it! ☺️ I was thinking, maybe you could trim the cover down slightly if the leather cover doesn't stretch. That may be an option, as long as you don't mind it! I love how much your Midori covers have patina overtime. Show how well loved they are! Happy planning! ❤️
Hi Jessica! ☺️ I am so glad that the TAN worked out so well for you! A6 is a great size and I also love it. I was ttthhhiiisss close to getting A6 but I had an A5 cover waiting to be used. I hope I don’t regret getting a bigger size! That is a brilliant idea. Fortunately my cover has eased up a lot and isn’t lifting the front cover anymore! Thanks for the suggestion!
This is so exciting! You put so much care into selecting your planner for next year. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the TAN as you “move in” to it! I can relate to your feelings of excitement for 2024. 🤩📚 I fell hard for the Hobonichi system after years of using a blank dot grid notebook in my TN. I was looking for more structure to help me stay more mindful of time passing by. I love the idea of investing effort into things with long-term benefits, so one book I’m most excited to bring into 2024 is my 5-year. It’ll be my second year in it and after consistently filling it out this year, I can’t wait to see how my days compare between years!
This is a beautiful planner! I hadn't heard of Take a Note before, very simple and minimal I love that. I've been using the Mossery planner since last year, their paper is lovely! For 2024 I'm trying the Mossery digital planner on my iPad, so far I'm liking it. I struggled to find time to add color coding and stickers to my paper planner last year (mom life) so digital has allowed me to use all the color and stickers I want without having to gather up all my supplies. Thanks for sharing your setup and ideas on how you'll use this! It was fun to watch.
After watching this video I jumped on Yoseka's site and ordered one for myself. 2024 is a year for figuring out what planner works the best for me. I have ordered the Common Planner from Sterling Ink too. These two will have to battle it out. The cover looks so good on your planner. It's inspired me to make one with some faux leather vinyl I have in a nice dark blue. Simplicity at its best.
Hahahaha, found this video by chance trying to get ideas for my 2024 TAN, only to immediately go searching for your commonbook walk through as soon as you pulled it up. Love your aesthetic and organization!
Beautiful walk-through of your new Take A Note planner! Hope the cover works out. I would think the leather will ease up a bit after it is on awhile. I finished "Evergreen" last month and met the author at a local bookstore. Enjoy it!
Thank you! ❤ It’s been 12 hours and the cover has indeed eased up and is only lifting up a few millimeters. We’re good to go! ✌🏼 I read a few more chapters of Evergreen… it’s heartbreaking but it’s so good! How lucky that you got to meet the author! 🤩
This looks great, just ordered an a5 TAN😊. Is that leather Midori cover the goat leather? Because it looks tan in your video and on websites it looks really lighter when new.
I know we're only in February of 2024, but I think you've convinced me to get one of these for 2025 LOL! It's gorgeous!!😍
Sorry about the weird focusing in the middle of the video 🫨 I honestly have no idea why that happened 🤔

The take a note is thicker 68gsm TRP while the hobonichi is 52gsm. I used the A6 TAN and I liked it a lot but I couldn’t keep up with it.
I knew it felt a bit different! Thanks for the info and sharing your experience with the TAN! Hope you found something that works better for you ☺️

Haha thank you! Glad you’re glad and hope it was helpful! ☺️🩷
I bought one for 2024 in A6. It's my 3th year. I use it as a health planner. Love your video ❤

Nice, I preordered on Amazon today. Only $40. 🎉
Leave it to you to journal about your new journal 😂
Thanks for introducing me to this brand , ordered as soon as I finished your video!
Of course I plan about my planner and journal about my journal, it’s what we do ! 😂 are we about to be planner twins? 😍
I got the a6 version and im very excited to use it ☺️ thanks for this unboxing ❤
So excited for you 🥰 happy planning!
I feel like you could cut one or two mm from the front and/or the back of your planner to get it to fit perfectly into the cover
hey ! can u please tell us what typewriter font did you use in your planner?
Of course! It’s “John Doe” and I think it is free 🙌🏼

How about leaving the front cover out instead of popping it in 😊 the pocket.
Ooh thanks for the suggestion! My cover has stretched out a bit and fits well now, but your idea is brilliant and could work for sturdier covers ☺️
@@SaricaStudio Glad I could help 🙂 Look forward to seeing you with yet another video. Have a great day!
How much was it? I’m interested but also kinda thinking of just getting a b6 slim instead of B6 which is what I’m using rn
The A5 (shown in the video) is $40 at Yoseka Stationery!
