Because this isn't Mann Up, F2Ps like me can't play in Mann Up so we play in Boot Camp where there are typically less experienced players. If Valve didn't disable Text and Voice communication this would likely be less of an issue than it is.
Quick question, why heavy? Heavy has a 75% damage penalty vs tanks, and as another commenter pointed out, Pyro is the best for tank busting, just aim at the roof of it always. Oh, and soldier with the beggars bazooka is great too.

While knockback rage is active your attack speed is halved btw so dont spam it or use it on tanks
Why is there only one pyro? Pyro is easily the best class for killing tanks, in my tour everyone instantly goes pyro on this round.

Depends on your binds, mine was h, which I think is the default bind.
