Just write these down on a post it and stick it to the monitor.
I actually used to like older MOTU interfaces for the darker sound of the pres/converters, but alas. Apogee and RME converters are basically second-to-none, imo. that said, in a blind test users over on Gearspace picked some Behringer interface as the best sounding converters lol
So like, yeah don't stress on them, but maybe think about a "golden channel" that has 1-2 really nice converters, pres, etc.
