International Women's Day Celebration

On Monday 8 March we hosted a special online panel discussion in celebration of International Women's Day.
Hosted by author, researcher and publisher Mini Kurian, we were joined by panellists Rhea Singhal, Founder and CEO of Ecoware, India’s first and largest sustainable packaging company and Tanvi Mallya, founder of Tanvi Mallya's ElderCare Services.
The theme of the discussion was 'The Emerging Identity of Women in India', and what followed was a fascinating discussion touching on topics such as female agency, the crucial role of family support for female entrepreneurs and living in a city in India, including areas such as safety, patriarchy and the balance of home life and work.
