    Hello Markus, your video sounds have improved and sound fuller with a wider range of frequencies! Is that because the recordings are now taken direct from the Loopy Pro? How does the live-in-the-field sound compare between your old powered speaker and the new pa? Also, in connecting your ipad to the audio interface, are you connecting thru the Lightning port or the headphone jack? Many Cheers and Blessings in your music ministry!

      A year and a half ago, I started upgrading the quality. Loopy Pro let’s me record multitrack of my live sessions, so I can create a better stereo field etc in a remix. I am running it at 32 bits now. The speaker is far superior to any other battery powered speaker I have tried, and I sometimes mix it into the final sound. The iPad goes to the audio interface via USB. I am glad people are noticing it :)

      The only way I was able to use Spark with LP is the headphone jack out into the audio interface into LP. There's a perceptible latency that sours the process for me. You can get more effects than the Spark software offers as (oftentimes) free plugins. There's much more flexibility, just make sure they are AUv3 and they'll play nicely with Loopy Pro. Have a look at the vid Markus did a few months ago. It's a great jumping off point.
      The Sparks (original, Mini and Go) were my rig for years and had most of the pedals I needed but I couldn't change the order or loop. That little Go does everything the others can do and it clips on the strap. What none of them had was a line out except the headphone jack. When I have time and space I prefer the added flexibility of my LP setup. I can emulate any pedal. Oh and you don't have to loop.

    What an informative video at a nice pace. sorry to trouble you again , Can you help? I am confused with signal pathways . Question _ is it better to play everything thourgh an audio interface (guitar voice , keys and ipad) which is then conected to aux in on an amp? . Is everything going through the ipad an d loopy pro app and then through to the main amp . I have tried to connect loopy pro to amp via bluetooth (have no suitbale usb interface yet) and then jam along with guitar plugged straight into amp . Am I correct in thinking the audio interface is acting like one giant mixer feeding everything into loopy pro and then to the main inputs on amp . ? I hope this makese sense - if interface is just to connect ipad - one channel woudld suffice - if its to handle everything (and use auv3 effects) i need 4 inputs . I suddenly realied i didint understand the signal flow through the system and froze when it came to buying a suitable audio interface, forgive me- but you may be the only person who can answer this. thank you in advance Markus

    Hey Markus thats incredible, thanks so much for sharing with us! And for the Beringuer FCB1010 as far i can see, its connect to the audio interface and how you make it talk and control some parameters on the Loopy Pro software? I want to use it to rec/play/stop functions for live performance while i Play my guitar and sing and can control the loopings on the go with my feet with it, please help me as this would be a game changer for me and I could get rid off the Boss RC505mk2 which is amazing but is already very limited with the only 5 tracks for me. Hope to hear from you and keep up the amazing work please! Peace!

    • @MarkusK.
      @MarkusK.  10 місяців тому

      The FCB is connected to the audio interface via an old fashioned MIDI. Once it is connected, use the MIDI learn feature in Loopy Pro to assign certain functions to the foot switches, such as record and play a certain clip (loop) 🙂

      Loopy Pro works on gen 2, b problem. it’s very lean and efficient. Some effects use more but you should be fine with most. Loopy automatically pauses effects you are not using to save processing power. Try it free for a week 🙂
