Thanks for the video. I moved to Houston from Atlanta in late 2018 and I have been unimpressed with the homes in these suburbs for many reasons! To add another issue to the problem, the prices are so inflated now it's definitely not a buyers market.

Wait I have been confused since I been watching your videos. Are these homes in TX? They are beautiful. But I thought they we in the state MO.

How much, for a house like this?...is there a floor plan available right now around the $200's?
