Just a quick question, I've tried to fit both single and double din sized cages but could not get these inside the opening. Is there something to be done to fit a cage?

Hey man, I would really appreciate some help. I want to change the default radio with 2 din cheap aliexpress radio with rear parking camera. What kind of accessories would I need to do that? Do I need some kind of adapter for all the new wires? Do I need a "face plate"? Is there any way how to make it automatically detect reverse-driving so the cam will start on its own? Thanks!

The Skoda is whats called double din size so you won't need a fascia adaptor,just use the cage supplied with the new radio.
if I connect it as it is I keep the front light on
You will need to run a ignition switched power cable from the fuse box to the red cable on the rear of the radio. This will turn the radio on and off when the ignition is switched on and off.
thanks a lot for the info, now the problem is how to find the right place on the fuse box and then after how to connect the cable on the box, by chance do you have a video showing this work? or a diagram something similar to understand where and how to get your hands on the fuse box? thanks again for the help
Your fuse box is under a panel right on the end of the dashboard,the panel just pops off. Yes to power a aerial filter and supply a switched live for the radio. Consult your retailer for the correct one but expect no more than £10
hey, what kind of radios can i replace the old one? i dont have the knowledge about radio - completely not....
