Have you tried it ??? If so why telll others not to liberate themselves if they were blessed with that attainment like the blind man or woman in possession of a gem they won't ever see in a form of a eye opening experience.

She should be ordained as a Lama. Pity so many schools of Buddhism are still sadly chauvinistic. May this change in the coming decades. 🙏🏼☮️🙏🏼

I love these teachings. However, there is no way a person could meditate for a year without waking up and eating.
